On android this did not work for years. Just bought iPhone 13 pro max and running iOS 15.4.1 and bed controls work just fine. Guess I chose the right time to switch off of android!

Bought a $6000 bed and was promised that there was a phone app but this piece of garbage hasn’t worked for years.

It’s frustrating that this app can’t even connect to the Wi-Fi module! Now the other app, the sleep analysis app connects with no problems whatsoever! This app definitely needs a redevelopment!

In iOS 14.5, you have to go to “Local Network” under Privacy settings and turn on Ergo for the Ergo app to work. It stopped working again!!!! Thanks for fixing it! It works fine with iOS 14.2 This app worked great for years, but when my iPhone updated to iOS 14, it no longer connects to the ergo control module. Please fix this. Meanwhile, I have to dig out the clunky remote control and find batteries for it.

Easy to set up works great.

So disappointed, the app doesn’t work anymore I called Tempurpedic customer service and they said this base is being discontinued and no longer available. Therefore they do not support the app In other words, I’m screwed Never again

Was so mad when iOS 14 broke it. Called Tempur-Pedic several time to rage. Even wrote several letters. Just updated to iOS 14.2. I opened Ergo and the app asked for Local Network Device access. ITS WORKING AGAIN!!!!!!! So happy.

After taking upgrade 14.2 the app is no longer working.

App hasn’t been updated in long time. With new iOS update cannot connect app to adjustable base. 10 grand on a bed and app outdated. Temper-Pedic needs to step it up an update their app and fix connectivity issues!

TempurPedic should have the decency to address the issue to its customers. If you can’t fix it, release the source code and let the community do it.

I just got off the phone with tech support and they confirmed that the app does not work with the latest iPhone update! Please update the app! I spent too much money on an split king adj bed for it not to have a working app. Very disappointed. I hope tempur-pedic is reading these reviews!!!

Does not work with iOS 14, just searches for WiFi then says it cannot be found. Developers need to step it up and update the app.

Doesn’t work on iOS 14. Shameful that Tempur would sell customers a product for thousands of dollars and not provide what was paid for. WASTE.

This app worked great for about 5 years. Now it will bot work any more. Devices can still “see” the network and connect to them, but the app will not connect to the devices. No answers from tempur-pedic. Appears the app no longer works.

This app no longer works with the latest IOS versions and Tempurpedic hasn’t updated the app in years. People spend large amounts of money on their products. I don’t think it is unreasonable to expect Tempurpedic to make sure they work.

Don’t work with IOS 14 please fix this ASAP

The new Apple update 14 made my $2,000ergo tempurpedic bed stop working

iOS 14 breaks this app. It will no longer find the wireless modules owing to the new network discovery permissions which are not required. I have been relegated to setting up homebridge to control the bed now.

After upgrading my phone to iOS 14.0, this app stopped working. There are new local network access permissions required, but the app is over four years old and doesn’t support this yet. Please refresh this app.

All of the sudden, the app can no longer find either of our bases modules. I can directly connect my phone’s WiFi connection to either, but the app itself, can’t pick them up at all. We’ve loved the app & our mattress for years, & have used it nightly, but something has changed recently. Hopefully the developers can/will look into this.

iOS 14 introduced network privacy options and this 4+ year old un-updated app does not work with iOS 14.

Paid thousands for my bed set up. Furniture salesman acted like this was a top of the line system. The wi-fi does not connect and the app does not work. App looks like it was made years ago and hasn’t been updated. This company is a scam and rip off. Get your money back.

Why is this app incredible you ask? The app hasn’t had an update in literally 4 years! 6k spent on a bed. No updates in 4 years! I mean if that’s not incredible I don’t know what is. For instance when Apple moved to bigger screens. Does the app accommodate that? Heck no it doesn’t. Does it accommodate for the notch. Actually yes BECAUSE IT’S SO OLD THERE IS ALL BLACK THERE ANYWAY. Does it work. Yes. Is it what a consumer expects when they purchase a high end bed. Nah. Whatever they got you by the stones. What else are you going to use. The remote? Yep.

I’ve had this app for about 3 or 4 years now and it has never gave me any problems. Not sure what the 2 stars overall is about. I’m on iOS 13 and the app hasn’t been updated for 4 years but it still works for me. No complaints. Great job devs

The salesman’s phone worked, and I was able to access it while in the store. I have tried many times at home and it can’t find my WIFI. Don’t waste your time.

I was not happy with this app until I set it up correctly The bed store drop bed off and ran Not training no help no instruction I would give TEMPUR-Ergo a low grade for support It took me some 6 six months to setup Once set up correctly it will work as advertised Found support on line TEMPUR-Ergo lacks installation support For the money i question value But app dose work well

The iPhone can no longer control the Tempur-Pedic ergo

We have the Tempur-Ergo Premier and this app works just fine; all you need do is follow the simple instructions that comes with the mattress/frame. It’s called a ‘Complete Reference Guide’ for a reason. Nicely done Tempur-Pedic. Not only do we have a great bed and frame, but an app that controls the frame through our home network without an issue at all. Not too hard people!

Do t waste your time. App does not work.

Doesn’t work with the base and iPhone. Had to reset and disconnect and still didn’t get no signal to pair my bed one the phone.

When it works, it works. But plagued by lost connections that require power cycling the bed. More importantly, how about an update for iOS 10 and 11? How about some new features? This was an expensive option that Tempurpedic has abandoned.

Never worked ever ever

Terrible app. Having to connect to a separate WiFi just to use the app m and you have to leave your primary WiFi net work. These guys need to rethink this and go blue tooth.

We purchased the $3599 Queen bed and the $2000 base option. Bed is awesome, but this app is useless. I connected it to my home network and the app launches, says it connects, but is unresponsive. Some times it eventually works, but usually it does not. I’m on iPhone 7 Plus and my wife is iPhone 7, both latest iOS 11. This app should have been an easy fix and would have been very convenient. Too bad they are damaging their brand quality with such a half hearted attempt.

This app could have been coded better by an average high schooler. Poor quality, crashes easily, only connects (unreliably at that) to half of our split king. Support is a poorly delivered joke for an $8k bed. The greasy store manager in the Roseville CA Galleria mall took us for a ride!

App works great and is a perfect alternative to the included remote. Setup on home network was very easy.

Won't work or hook up to network. Worse you can't add it to your own network it wants to be on it's own network which is dysfunctional and doesn't work. After two years they have an updated this thing to be functioning?

Works great for a day or two then quits working in home wifi. A little more tweaking and you will have a usable app.. the concept is great, I misplace remotes, but I always know where my phone is. This could be a great app for a great bed

This app works perfectly. Just follow the directions in the Tempur-Ergo Premier Reference Guide. Not sure why you would need this since each split king has an individual control that is excellent but I guess if someone wants to work on their IPad and also adjust the bed from there..... But just as easy to pick up the remote control. To each their own.

Does not work when connected to home network and I really don't want to leave an open network for my bed since I live in a townhouse community for anyone to pickup and start moving my bed in the middle of the night. For the money I paid for this bed and it still doesn't work on the freaking app is inexcusable!!,!! SHOULD BE -5 stars I'll,never buy a tempurpedic bed again. With all the poison in the mattress itself and the worthless "app" to,adjust the bed that's 5k down the tube. Beds are WAY over rated totally not worth the money. Try a organic mattress!a,a,
